This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and AP CellularPeak governing your use of the AP CellularPeak research operations application, including any features connected to QuickBooks Online.
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, AP CellularPeak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application for internal research operations purposes.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the application, and to use any connected accounting integration only for legitimate business record keeping.
The application may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is subject to the applicable third-party terms in addition to this agreement. Where the application processes payments through this integration, that payment service is provided by Intuit Payments Inc.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
AP CellularPeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
