This policy describes how AP CellularPeak collects, uses, and protects information when you use our research operations application, including when the application is connected to QuickBooks Online.
We collect account information you provide (such as name and email), records you create within the application (such as inventory and order entries), and information received from connected services (such as accounting records synced from QuickBooks Online).
We use collected information to operate the application, keep connected accounting records accurate, provide customer support, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
When you connect QuickBooks Online, we access only the data required to create and update the accounting records associated with your use of the application. We do not sell this data. You may disconnect the integration at any time from within the application; see our disconnect confirmation page for details.
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the application. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
